应我校无线网络安全技术国家工程实验室的邀请，加拿大滑铁卢大学Prof. Xuemin Shen将于10月21日来我校做专题学术讲座，欢迎广大师生参加！报告的具体安排如下：
报告题目：Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks
报 告 人：Prof. Xuemin Shen
报告摘要：It is envisioned 5GNetworks will integrate diverse spectrum, deployments, technologies to achievediverse and enhanced KPIs and support diverse applications and services. Inspecial, 5G networks are expected to support data rates of 10-50 Gbps forlow-mobility users, deliver an end-to-end latency of less than 5 millisecondsand over-the-air latency of less than one millisecond, broad coverage area, andefficient use of the spectrum by using MIMO, advanced coding and modulationschemes and new waveform design. The question is how challenge and difficult itis to achieve the expected performance. Can we have alternative andbetter approach to achieve such performance? In this talk, we introduceSpace-Air-Ground Integrated Networks by making use of the advantages ofdifferent networks to achieve the performance goal. We also present ourdeveloped Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks simulator fordemonstration.
